frequently asked questions about our
BULK SMS SERVICE
Bulksms.net.ng is very easy to use. Just like other Bulk SMS websites in Nigeria, firstly you need to sign-up or register with us. Thereafter you will be sent a verification code to verify your new account.
After your account has been verified, the next step is to login and fund your account. We accept online payment with credit and debit cards(ATM CARDS) or bank transfer to our local accounts.
However we recommend you pay with your card as your account will be credited instantly. Payment made to our bank accounts would be verified before your account will be credited. So if there are delays from the banks, it will inadvertently impact in getting your account credited.
We’ve made our pricing very transparent and feasible. We charge 1 unit flat rate across all Nigerian GSM networks(MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9Mobile). 1unit is charged at 2.50kobo while we charge 3naira to deliver to DND numbers.
This is to say, We bill our users Two Naira, Fifty kobo(2.50kobo) to deliver to non-DND numbers and Three Naira(3naira) to deliver to DND effected Numbers. See below our pricing table, discount applies for bulk purchases from 50,000units
Signing up on this portal is as easy as A.B.C. Click here to register. Ensure you sign-up with your best phone number as you will be requested to verify it afterwards.
Certainly yes! We have 3 pre-defined settings for sending to D N D Numbers. All of the settings were built to ensure that your messages are delivered or you get refunded for undelivered messages.
From the screenshot above, The first option will send all your broadcast using the corporate route and each unit used will be charged at 3naira. Note that the corporate route sends to Non-DND and Do not disturb Numbers.
The second option is our default and recommended D-N-D setting. This option will send your messages to only NON-DND Numbers using the normal route and each unit will be billed at 2.50kobo. Note that the Normal route does not send to D N D(Do not disturb) Numbers.
This option thereafter, will automatically charge you 3 naira to resend to all D N D Affected numbers in your broadcast.
Basically, this is another explanation on how this option works; messages sent to DND affected numbers will have a delay of about 5 Minutes while NON-D N D will be delivered instantly. This is because the message will be resent on the corporate route automatically and will be charged separately.
Lastly, the 3rd option is self explanatory. You get refunds for all sms the failed to deliver due to D -N-D
We currently offer 2 payment methods. You can either pay directly to our account or pay with your ATM card while logged in to your account. Click here to pay with your card or here to get our account details
